 She made it!!! A giant, heartfelt Happy 15th Birthday to the Princess (really the QUEEN BEE around here) - Horsetooth Penelope Pogostick, RN, JC, OTR, SR, AKC pointed).

Every year, I write about how amazing this dog is...and on this special day, I am pointedly aware of how short our time left together may be. She has graced our home with so much laughter and joy - the best mama dog, the best grandma dog, best puppy raiser, best alpha female, smartest dog we've ever had the pleasure of knowing, training, owning and loving.

Here's to you, Penelope - the best girl in the world.

Spring Snow Storm - April 2021

 Nothing like a bit of spring snow to alleviate puppy boredom!  Trinity, Brie, Scarlet, Lyla, and Baxter had a blast cavorting in the white stuff.

 

 

Power of Cheese Pups - Weeks 5 to 6

Not a bunch of pics to share this week, as we're spending more time playing with these active little guys than snapping pics!

But we did catch a few:

A few big storms have rolled through lately, and the pups were really watching the rain from the safety of the living room.

Power of Cheese days 35 to 37 & Past-Pup Pupdate

It's been a really busy week with on-going construction projects, work, and puppies, but we've caught some really fun pics of the pups over the last couple of days, as they've graduated out of the confinement of their whelping pen and enjoying some free run in our living room:

First up, Stilton was the first to discover the cave bed...a whippet's natural habitat!
