Lots of pics to add today. And lots of new developments.
First off - Happy First Birthday to the Abracadabra Litter - Hobbes, Piper, Leo, Zola, and Mojo!
The Matrix puppies are cutting their teeth, and have started trying out 'real' food - we call it 'puppy mash.' It's soaked kibble that we mash up for them.
They love it, but it does make a mess everywhere, as is evidenced in their photos below...it gets all over the bedding, in their ears, all over their paws, etc. They look like 1 year old kids with their hands in a birthday cake! Several times, they've fallen asleep in the bowl of food in the middle of a meal.
They've also started using their litterboxes, and today we broke down their whelping pool to give them free run of the whole whelping kennel in our living room. They're getting better and better at walking, and have started playing with each other and even some toys.

We got some pics of some of last week's birthday kids, the Mambo Italian litter...
Penny (HT Worth Every Penne) ....either that's REALLY great cake, or her hat's on a bit too tight. :)
Wilco (HT Rigatoni Sorrentino) was also sporting the latest in birthday hat fashions....
Luckily, he then got to kick back with his dad and a glass of vino.

Last, but certainly not least, we have Piper (HT JuJu Child) and her buddy Amelia enjoying a bit of birthday cake today for Piper's first.
