The day I dreaded for so long
has finally
come and gone.
The anticipation
of your death
was just as bad
(or worse?)
than your actual passing.
In the end,
you were glassy eyed
but peace filled.

which was supposed to
be so fragile and weak,

long after your
labored breathing ceased.
You were born on a Monday.
You died on a Thursday.
And my heart will
ache for you
forever.
First time back in the ring in 5 years for Jen, and first time ever in the ring for Theo, Brie, and Baxter. In spite of some 'nerves,' we all survived!

Nothing like a bit of spring snow to alleviate puppy boredom! Trinity, Brie, Scarlet, Lyla, and Baxter had a blast cavorting in the white stuff.
